Autumn and October have arrived!

On one of our recent walks I took a picture of this magnificent tree! The camera really does not capture the raw beauty, but I was amazed at the change of colors that seemed to appear overnight!

At first glance I thought that this was a one-legged duck, but I have been noticing that a lot of the ducks stand very still on just one webbed foot! They have more balance than I would even try to attempt so close to that water!
