My children and their strange eating habits

I am sitting here while my children finish their lunch and I just don't understand why they do what they do. They both did a good job...for the most part...eating their green beans and oranges and applesauce, but now they are finishing up their PB&J. Sean apparently has crust-phobia and he gags and cries when he chews up the crust. Eleanor apparently can't eat any kind of sandwich without first dissecting it and she would really prefer to get her hair and face as sticky as possible in the process. When they are finished eating Sean barely has any food on his face, hands, or bib, but Eleanor will need to have the washcloth rinsed at least twice during her clean up time!

And then there is Chloe. So far she is my best little eater! Let's hope it stays that way too!

That's all, just wanted to share.

  1. Yes, your children and their strange eating habits!
I think Sean is an inventer...of phobias! (Bless his heart. If you know what I mean!) I'm reminded to pray!
Then there's Eleanor! She cleans up just fine, so at this age she's little enough to play with her food, within reason, (if she eventually eats it) without too much worry!
Oh I do hope Cutie Chloe is a pleasant eater!
