Butter!

We made butter this last week.  It's something we really should have done when we were studying Cc for Cow with Chloe and Lily and when we went on our farm field trip, but timing and scheduling doesn't always go as planned.  Anyway we did it and it was fun and  quite rewarding.

 We ended up with a cup of buttermilk and about a cup of butter after all the shaking and that was from a 16 oz carton of cream.
