March Madness! (in a birthday sort of way...)

March 2nd was my sister Christine's birthday, mine was the 10th, my dad's was the 14th, and Eleanor will be 2 on the 28th! So to celebrate all the March birthdays at once, we had a little family gathering with the grandparents Saturday evening. We ate out together and then came back to mom and dad's house for cake and pie (made by grandma) and ice cream.

Silly grandad! Sean and Eleanor love their grandad so much and I am sure that Chloe will be no exception! She was a little fussy that evening, so she doesn't look too happy here, but good ol' grandad did his best to hold her and keep her happy for a while.

Eleanor is so my girl! She loves her chocolate cake! Yummm

Grammy got Ellie this adorable flower headband!

Mom got dad this handsome shirt and tie

The birthday crew

Great grandma "Bubbles" got Ellie this sweet princess night gown and it even came with little slippers! She is in love with her princess gown!

  2. Blessed and sweet March Madness!
I'll probably never forget the day you were born on that March day! Oh blessed and happy day!
And I'll never forget when you sneaked the "shlocate chips" in the kitchen on Wall Street in Buhler speaking of loving chocolate!

  3. Happy Belated Birthday! How fun that you get to celebrate with so many other March Birthday-ers! I think the name Olivia is making a comeback as well. I've always thought it was a pretty name! Maybe because I've always known you :) . One of my friends here named her daughter Olivia, and I noticed that there was a kids' movie with that title as well.
