Interview with Sean age 3.9 years

This is a cute idea (and sometimes humbling!). The questions are in black and Sean's answers are in red. Enjoy!


1. What is something mom always says to you? I don't know

2. What makes mom happy? You play Memory game with me sometimes (Did he mean that makes him happy or me?)

3. What makes mom sad? When I get water on the floor

4. How does your mom make you laugh? You make funny mouth (I think he means funny faces)

5. What was your mom like as a child? You were small

6. How old is your mom? 5 (try 26!)

7. How tall is your mom? This tall (stretches out arms to show me) so tall

8. What is her favorite thing to do? Play

9. What does your mom do when you're not around? Watch TV

10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for? Walking around and talking

11. What is your mom really good at? Doing games with me

12. What is your mom not very good at? Playing

13. What does your mom do for her job? (Spanks bottom) you spank me when I am not good to my sister

14. What's your mom's favorite food? Yucky stuff I don't like, like noodles with sauce

15. What makes you proud of your mom? Teach me stuff

16. If your mom were a cartoon character, who would she be? Dora, because she's a girl

17. What do you and your mom do together? Play games, watch movies, take care of Eleanor

18. How are you and your mom the same? We like going to the park

19. How are you and your mom different? I drink juice, but you don't

20. How do you know your mom loves you? 'Cause I love you

21. Where is your mom's favorite place to go? Anywhere you want to go

  3. That was a neat idea! And I liked your mom's idea too, of repeated the interview every year. That would make a neat journal.

  4. I also like the idea of continuing the interview each year. HOWEVER, just remember that when he's 14-18. . . .some of those might be loaded questions.
