some pictures and videos

Last night my dad and sister Christine came over with dad's truck and brought with them two shelves and Eleanor's toddler bed and then they took with them the elliptical trainer that we had, but hardly used and some other stuff that we plan to sell at a garage sale next Spring.

The shelf that is pictured here is one that they brought that we used to replace the one we'd had for...a long time, that was falling apart. It looks so much better!!! The other shelf was taken to the College where Chris teaches for him to use there.I haven't gotten a picture of Eleanor's bed yet, but I am so thankful that they were able to bring that stuff last night so we can be even more ready for the baby and have a little more walking room in our bedroom since that is where the elliptical trainer was and that is now where the baby's bassinet is.

Here are some pictures of Sean and Eleanor with their very big book! Sean is also wearing his Incredibles pajama top that he just loves! I got it at Goodwill the other day. It didn't have pants with it, but he doesn't care, he thinks he is a big strong super hero when he wears it!

Little Eleanor "cheesin" it up for the camera!
Here is a video of Chloe moving around in my belly. I was/am two days shy of 36 weeks here. I hope you can see it!

Here is a video of Ellie and Sean dancing to some Christmas music.

Here is another video of Sean and Ellie dancing and Eleanor also spinning around in circles. It is so funny when she does it because she will go around and around until she falls down and then she will get up and do it again! I don't think that my kids are going to have motion sickness problems like their daddy! Another thing that my kids have started doing lately is somersaults and flips. I will try to get a video of it one of these days.

Feet and tattoos and nesting oh my!

The kids got "tattoos" the other day from a lady that works at the grocery store with daddy. Sean's is a frog and Eleanor's is a butterfly with flowers.

Eleanor wanted her shirt down, but Sean wanted to help her hold it up for the picture. He also thought that she didn't need her pacifier (which she didn't) for the picture, so he took that away too in hopes that she would smile! Just a fun little side note...Eleanor calls her paci her "meemee". I really don't know why unless it is because it is hers, as in "mine/me"! I really am trying to get her to let it go before the baby comes, but she is having a really hard time without it.

My sister told me tonight that I am nesting. Maybe I am! I made some chex mix the other day and today I made puppy chow! Yum! I think next year I will add some goldfish crackers, or something with a little more color to the chex.

Consult with surgeon for hernia and another blanket from Granny to Chloe!

I had my appt. on Tuesday with the surgeon who will be repairing my hernia. After meeting him and asking him my questions and having him explain it all to me I feel really good about having the surgery after Chloe is born. We will wait until she is about 7 weeks old to it.

In other news, Chris's parents were here this last weekend and they brought with them a blanket from Granny (Chris's Grandma, his dad's mom). It is so pretty and girly, so I thought that I would show it off on here. Chloe will now have two blankets made just for her by Granny!Blanket from Granny to Chloe

Cracker Barrel and getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Wednesday my mom, sisters, nieces, nephew, and my kids and myself decided to take a little journey to the Russel Stover's Chocolate Factory. They were having some sales on their Valentine's and Halloween candy, so I got quite a bit for fairly cheap! Plus they always have free samples throughout the store, Yum!!!

After our chocolate fix we decided to venture a little further down the highway for some good ol' Cracker Barrel food! After eating and browsing the gift store a while we went outside and let the kids play and rock in the chairs. It was such a nice Fall day and it was good for them to get some energy out before we got back in the car for the long ride home!

Here are Henry, Marcail, Eleanor, Naomi, and Sean all posed on one the benches outside for a Cousin picture together!

Yesterday we had a Thanksgiving party at a friend's house. It was a lot of fun for the kids to play with friends! We had good food and the Hostess let the kids make little mini pudding pies, my kids chose chocolate over vanilla (I wonder who they take after!?! Hehehe!!!). We also had fun doing some crafts together.
I also brought stuff for all the kids to make Indian feather headbands. Sean really like this craft! Eleanor just wanted to eat the feathers, so she doesn't have one. Maybe next year...

Today we decided to make some linking paper rings to countdown to Christmas (and my due date). Sean had fun "helping", but he really just wants to tear off the paper! I think this will be something fun for him to do everyday and he will be able to watch it get smaller the closer we get to Christmas!

Halloween 2008!

This year we went to my mom's for Halloween. We made sure that the kids all got a decent supper before we went "trick or treating", then we got some pictures of all the cute cousins all dressed up.

Sean was a dragon, Henry was a skeleton, Naomi was a pumpkin, Marcail was a clown, and Eleanor was a pony, but she wouldn't keep her horse head hood on.

Chris and me with a belly full of a "lil pumpkin" hehehe!!!

Our little family. Sean's eyes look a little creepy in this picture.

Eleanor and daddy trick or treating together. She got sleepy and her little legs just couldn't keep going.

The whole crew! My sisters Tab and Christine and all the kids!

Waiting for someone to answer the door and give them more candy!

My Grandma Marylin really got into the spirit of the holiday! Sean thought it was pretty cool to see a witch!
